This video shows how Kentucky home care agencies can transition from legacy systems to CareSmartz360’s EVV + home care platform, while ensuring alignment with DMS’s EVV aggregator requirements.

Kentucky permits use of approved third-party EVV systems, so long as they forward data to the state’s aggregator (e.g. Therap) in a timely, compliant manner.

Kentucky’s DMS mandates that EVV data for Home Health Care Services must comply with signature rules by January 1, 2025 & third-party vendors must transmit EVV data to Therap within 24 hours of completion.
