Yes, Home Health agencies providing any of the services listed above must submit EVV. Claims without corresponding EVV are subject to audit and denial beginning on January 1, 2020.
Yes, both Consumer Directed Attendant Support Services (CDASS) and In-Home Services and Supports (IHSS) are required to comply with the EVV mandate.
