Our Story Beginning, Technology, Dream and Ride!

The Beginning

In 2010, a leading home care franchisor needed to improve its business operations. They were using multiple management tools for their various processes, and the tools didn’t all integrate with each other, creating time-consuming double entry of data and the potential for lost revenue. After identifying inaccurate scheduling and management of paper documentation as two of their business’s biggest costs, they started looking for a solution that would allow them to manage the whole business in one place. They needed something that would not only improve home care business operations, but also would be affordable, intuitive, and easy to implement for franchisee locations.

The more they shopped around, though, the more discouraged they became. There were many products that provided SOME of what they needed, but there was nothing on the market that provided ALL of what they needed. That was when they decided to develop their own ideal software solution, and they joined hands with Netsmartz. Netsmartz team worked to gain a deep understanding of homecare agency workflow and documentation needs. After months of brainstorming and mapping how the software should work, CareSmartz360—a home care focused software—was born.

CareSmartz was officially launched in 2012. Since its launch, Caresmartz360 has evolved from a startup into one of the fastest-growing privately held companies.

In addition to offering defensible, compliant, and intuitive documentation, CareSmartz360 provides home care agencies with intelligent business and compliance reporting, interactive and organized scheduling, integrated billing software, built-in caregiver documentation and service tracking. And it's all web-based, which means agencies can securely document, schedule, and bill anywhere, anytime.

Never satisfied with the status quo, we here at CareSmartz360 continue to innovate, performing monthly software updates to ensure our clients always get the very latest in technological advancements and compliance solutions. And our clients have a seat at the CareSmartz development table, so to speak. Within the application, they can submit suggestions and vote on the priority of system updates as well as new features and products. In fact, some of the most meaningful application improvements have come directly from client suggestions.
