The calendar screen now allows caregivers to see assigned shifts, open shifts, and meetings for each day. There is an appointment screen for caregivers to clock in and out at the start and end of care delivery. The new and improved UI also contains all of the assignments in various categories in one screen under Calendar.
Assigned – All assigned schedules are displayed on this screen along with the date.
Open – All open shifts are displayed on this screen along with the current date.
Available – All available shifts are displayed on this screen along with the current date.
Meeting – Meetings, if any, are displayed on this screen along with the current date.
Caregivers can quickly view all the information about their clients in a single location. This feature helps caregivers reach their destination and get contact & emergency contact details.
The ‘Available Shifts’ feature in the caregiver app allows caregivers to accept or decline any shift that the agency has requested them to fill.
