The client and family portal is a secure and dedicated solution that empowers clients and their families, fostering a sense of control, connection, and informed decision-making. Users can seamlessly access caregiver schedules, care plans, invoices, and communication with your agency.

Clients and their family members who are permitted access with the client’s permission can access the portal with a unique login provided by the agency.

The scheduling dashboard shows the identity and (daily, weekly, and monthly) schedule of the caregivers who have been assigned.

The invoices tab will show all the invoices generated, the status of the payments (paid, unpaid, and partially paid), and the option to pay against the invoice.
